Alan Stewart Jr. is a real estate professional and entrepreneur born and raised in Fairfield, CT. A multi-business founder and award-winning agent, he was named 2017 Realtor of the Year by NHMR and ranked #67 nationally out of 1.4M agents by Real Trends in 2018. With over $100M in sales, Alan brings unmatched experience and dedication to every client he serves.
Over the years, Alan has built a diverse portfolio of ventures that showcase his expertise in the real estate and financial sectors. He founded ASJ Realty Partners, ASK Insurance (managing a multimillion-dollar book), ASJ Development, and True You Design & Development, completing over 100 successful property flips. Additionally, he leads Cash Now CT, a company that offers both a Cash Offer Program and a Private Partner Program (PPP) to give sellers flexible and efficient options for selling their homes.
What fuels Alan’s mission is deeply personal. “I understand hardship because I lived it — my family lost our home when I was young. That experience drives my mission to help others through real estate.” This life-changing event instilled in him a passion for helping others secure financial stability and success through real estate.
Because of that, Alan’s goal is clear: to help sellers sell for the most money possible as quickly as possible. To achieve this, he provides three flexible options to suit different needs: Cash Purchase, where he buys the property directly; Traditional Listing, where he lists the property on the MLS with full marketing support; and the Private Partnership Program (PPP), where he partners with sellers to find a buyer and manage the entire sale process.

He is also a former member of NHMR’s Legislative Committee, where he contributed to shaping local real estate policies.

In 2016, I was a solo real estate broker with a single goal: help more people build wealth through Connecticut real estate. Today, I am proud to announce the formation of a new company: ASJ Realty Partners. This new venture allows me to serve my clients at an even higher level.
ASJ Realty Partners is a full-service real estate company offering elite services in real estate sales, development, property casualty and business insurance, and mortgage lending. We continue to uphold a five-star service rating, ensuring that each client receives personalized and exceptional care.


I've also founded other successful businesses, including ASK Insurance, with my partner, Gregory Kline, which sells high-quality asset protection and is responsible for a multimillion dollar book of business. I also founded ASJ Development, which acquires and renovates dated & distressed properties across Connecticut and nearby states. Additionally, my company, True You Design & Development helps homeowners maximize their equity with trendy, up-to-date renovations. With over 100 flips under my belt, I know exactly where to invest in a home to enhance quality of life and maximize equity. This allows me the joy of helping to restore communities while enabling others build wealth through real estate.
