Joel Silkoff

Joel Silkoff is a lifelong Connecticut resident who proudly calls Fairfield home, having also lived in Trumbull and Oxford. For over 25 years, Joel has been deeply rooted in his community—dedicating his time and energy to organizations such as the United Way, YMCA, local community centers, and The Center for Family Justice.

A devoted husband to his wife Lucy of more than twenty years and a proud dog dad to Pepe, Muffin, and Maddie, Joel’s life is full of love, laughter, and purpose. When he’s not helping clients find their dream homes, you can find him coaching, playing, or watching sports—or bringing smiles to others as a stand-up comedian and DJ.

 

Growing up as one of nine children, Joel learned early how to connect, listen, and find humor in life’s everyday moments—qualities that now define his approach to real estate. His strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to client satisfaction set him apart.

 

Joel’s mission is simple: to help each client find the right home with confidence and clarity. “My goal is to make the entire home-buying process enjoyable, transparent, and stress-free—I want my clients to be happy with the entire process of home buying and make sure they understand each step needed to secure the home of their dreams.”
